Magpul MOE+
The MOE+ is a great upgrade to your standard pistol grip. It has an ergonomic feel to it and actually fills the hand a bit better. The beavertail on the back gives your hand better support and more comfort when shouldering the weapon. The rubberized coating gives the user a much more stable grip and better control of the weapon, especially when using gloves. Because this is the real steel version of the grip, the core is real and doesnt house a motor but can be used to house a spare bolt, batteries and more. It comes with mounting hardware but for some weapons, the factory hardware with a washer may be needed instead. Coming in Magpul's colors they can be mix and matched for any color scheme. With a price tag of $24.00, this grip is well worth the money.

Magpul RVG
This vertical grip from Magpul is very sleek and comfortable. It is a short vertical grip and is perfect for a CQB environment where you need to cut tight corners but don’t want to have a larger fore grip. It is made with the same injection molded polymer for durability and comes in the standard Magpul colors.
You can mount this to a rail or an MOE hand guard with the addition of the small rail included with the grip. The price of this little guy is $24.95. Small price for a small piece.
Pros:
short, durable, and feels good on the hand
Cons:
may be too short for some players
Overall:
I would say this grip deserves a 10/10
